I am a wildlife & documentary camera operator from the West of Ireland. I enjoy creating captivating natural history sequences using a wide variety of camera techniques and equipment.

Throughout my ten years combined experience I have worked as a cam assistant/trainee on feature films, produced award winning surf & adventure films & filmed documentaries in remote and testing environments.

I have a passion for building captivating natural history sequences with powerful imagery using a variety of tools and techniques.

I enjoy capturing dynamic shots that can convey meaning through light, movement, framing and composition. Gimbals and drones have helped me develop my creative and technical skills in these areas.

Growing up on the coast and surfing from a young age, I have spent the majority of my time in and out of the water. I am very comfortable and enjoy shooting below the surface.

I have developed a range of skills which have made me a versatile and sought after camera operator. I adapt easily to the technical and creative demands of each project and am competent and happy working as part of a team or alone. I have worked worldwide in hostile conditions from sub-arctic Canada, hot Namibian desert and the humid rainforests of Indonesia. Above all, I am resilient, patient and methodical. I have a positive work ethic and a passion for capturing captivating images.
